High-quality ingredients

The aronia we use is carefully grown in the rich soil and clear air of Hokkaido. Adapted to the cold climate, aronia is highly nutritious and absorbs the power of nature. Therefore, we guarantee the quality of our supplements so that you can fully experience the goodness of the original ingredients.

1. Ingredients used

We use carefully selected fresh aronia fruit from Date City, Hokkaido. We only use fruit that is grown by "trusted farmers" and has a recorded production history.

2. Harvesting and shipping ripe fruits

When fully ripe, they turn black, have white powder on the surface, and separate easily from the stem.

3. Harvesting time guidelines

We harvest with the goal of achieving a sugar content (Brix) of 13% or more.

Solid standards to ensure quality

The harvested fruits are hand-picked one by one and then put into a sorting machine that is equipped with the ability to select the fruits by size and shape in order to increase the commercial value of the aronia before it is shipped.
Finally, the products are thoroughly inspected for appearance (color, scratches, deformation, etc.) by experienced workers (visual selection). In this way, we provide products with a focus on quality and reliability for the peace of mind and safety of our customers.
